    Can't count how many tapes I fixed in my life the same way. Used to call it 'open tape surgery'. I never knew about the splicing tape, though, so scotch tape worked just fine for the ripped ones. Funny cause I was just talking about this about a week or two ago. Shit could get annoying.
    Props on the tape fixing techniques. :)
