Records players are cheap, plentiful and easy to come by. I understand if you're living in a shelter or your car; but if you can get yourself a Nintendo Switch, an IPad, a PS4 and a laptop, there is no reason why such a self-respecting Hip-Hop head shouldn't have a record player. Trust me, there's no reason to be intimidated by the various models, features, etc. Unless you're a hardcore DJ, you really don't need to know about types of drives, needles, etc.

Wow, Werner! What great research. All bar Third Bass I didn't know about. Spot on...in terms of quality some tracks here are better than others. Gotta love the Luke Skyywalker though, I don't have that Sports Weekend album but the previous 2 'Ain't Bullshittin' tracks were great and an album highlight. I recall him going at Kid N Play, Salt n Pepa & MC Shan (shock!) btw wasn't Mixx a superb DJ on the twin decks? The Assault & Battery track is clearly the dopest on offer by a country mile. Never heard this track but I have the album (from 1991). It's very dope too and comes highly recommended. If you see it for sale grab it! Great work once again, Werner, thanx!
