    I think Posdnous was referencing this song on the Stakes is High Remix when he said ""what I know is them niggas got to go". He says it in the exact same cadence.

      You know, you might be right. I haven't listened to that track in ages, but now that you mention it, I can hear it in my head and I totally get what you mean. Maybe he was slyly referencing that unreleased track... it would fit with the rest of the tone of "Stakes Is High," too.
